Amit Friedman, winner of the Prime Minister's Award for Composers, is undoubtedly one of the most accomplished saxophonists and composers.
The most prominent in the jazz scene in Israel. His melodies combine sophistication and simplicity, and connect with a diverse audience.
The melodies are catchy, the arrangements rich and lively. Friedman's music is faithful to the jazz tradition, but
Gracefully combines elements of world music and Middle Eastern music.
In this special performance, Friedman's music remains exposed in an acoustic version with piano and quartet.
Strings,
This creates unique, subtle, and exciting musical opportunities that bring new shades to music.
Friedman's beautiful and rich sound from his three albums.
